This policy describes how the Break the Ice – Peel mobile application (“the App”) handles information when you use it.
The App is operated by G.Market AI LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Account and Cloud Data (Firebase). The App uses Firebase (Google). Depending on how you use the App, Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore may process information such as identifiers you choose or that the service uses to keep your session and save your preferences or content associated with your account.
In-app Purchases. Purchases handled by Apple involve Apple systems; we receive purchase status as needed to provide entitled features consistent with Apple’s rules.
Translations. If you enable translation features, text you translate is sent from the App to Google Cloud Translation (Google) over an encrypted connection to return translated wording. Treat prompt text accordingly.
Device and diagnostics. We may rely on Firebase and typical mobile platform features for reliability, diagnostics, fraud prevention, or security consistent with Firebase and SDK defaults. We do not use the App to knowingly collect precise location solely for profiling you when you only use unrelated features unless that changes and this policy updates.
For trust, safety, support, and legal compliance, a very small set of designated operators authenticated to the same Firebase project may use restricted in-app tools backed by Firebase security rules and Cloud Functions. Those tools may allow:
These capabilities exist to operate the service responsibly and respond to abuse or data requests where applicable. If you contact us to exercise privacy rights, describe your request and account identifiers you can share safely so we can locate the correct records.
We retain Firebase-backed content for as long as your account remains active or as needed to operate the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete the App anytime; deleting an account where supported may erase associated cloud copies per our tooling and Firebase behavior.
We rely on processors that operate services on our behalf, including Firebase (Google) and translation services operated by Google. Apple processes payment data according to Apple’s policies. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
The App is directed to audiences consistent with its App Store age rating and listing. Parents or guardians should supervise minors’ use of networked features.
No method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure. We use industry-standard safeguards where applicable and rely on platform and vendor security practices.
Depending where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, export, or object to certain processing. Contact G.Market AI LLC at admin@gmarketai.com to exercise applicable rights.
We may revise this policy. The “Effective” date will change when updates are posted. Material changes affecting how we collect or use personal information should be communicated in the App Store update notes where appropriate.
